Conditions for booking Vestfjordsauna
1. General terms and conditions
Vestfjordsauna is operated under Badstuegruppen AS (Registration number 935 097 231 ). By booking a sauna experience with Vestfjordsauna, you accept our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these before booking.

3. Booking and payment
All bookings must be prepaid to confirm the reservation.
Payment is made via Vipps or Stripe .
The amount is deducted immediately upon ordering.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
4. Delivery
Booking a sauna involves a service that is delivered at an agreed time.
The customer receives immediate confirmation after ordering.
5. Cancellation and refund
Cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before the booked time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations after this time are not refundable.

6. Change of booking
If you wish to change the time of your booking, this must be done no later than 12 hours before .
Changes can only be made if there are available times.
7. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing services , a 14-day right of withdrawal normally applies, but according to Section 22 of the Right of Withdrawal Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that are delivered at a specific time.
Sauna experiences are considered such a service, and the right of cancellation therefore does not apply after the booking has been confirmed.
8. Use of the sauna
The sauna should be used in a safe and responsible manner.
Alcohol and drugs are not allowed.
Use towels on the benches inside the sauna.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Vestfjordsauna is not responsible for damage that occurs as a result of negligent use.
9. Defects in the service - the buyer's rights and complaints
If the service is not delivered as agreed, the customer has the right to demand compensation or a refund.
The deadline for complaints is 14 days after booking.
In case of a complaint, please contact us at post@vestfjordsauna.no and provide your booking details.
10. Weather conditions and downtime
In the event of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen technical problems, we reserve the right to cancel bookings.
In the event of cancellation on our part, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund.
11. Privacy
We only store the information necessary to complete the booking.
Personal information is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties.
12. Conflict resolution
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Norwegian Consumer Authority.
If the parties do not agree, the matter can be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the Consumer Complaints Board.
Disputes shall be resolved according to Norwegian law, and any legal disputes shall be settled in Norwegian courts.
