Conditions for booking Vestfjordsauna

1. General terms and conditions

Vestfjordsauna is operated under Badstuegruppen AS (Registration number 935 097 231 ). By booking a sauna experience with Vestfjordsauna, you accept our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these before booking.

3. Booking and payment

  • All bookings must be prepaid to confirm the reservation.

  • Payment is made via Vipps or Stripe .

  • The amount is deducted immediately upon ordering.

  • Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

4. Delivery

  • Booking a sauna involves a service that is delivered at an agreed time.

  • The customer receives immediate confirmation after ordering.

5. Cancellation and refund

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before the booked time to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations after this time are not refundable.

6. Change of booking

  • If you wish to change the time of your booking, this must be done no later than 12 hours before .

  • Changes can only be made if there are available times.

7. Right of withdrawal

  • When purchasing services , a 14-day right of withdrawal normally applies, but according to Section 22 of the Right of Withdrawal Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that are delivered at a specific time.

  • Sauna experiences are considered such a service, and the right of cancellation therefore does not apply after the booking has been confirmed.

8. Use of the sauna

  • The sauna should be used in a safe and responsible manner.

  • Alcohol and drugs are not allowed.

  • Use towels on the benches inside the sauna.

  • Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Vestfjordsauna is not responsible for damage that occurs as a result of negligent use.

9. Defects in the service - the buyer's rights and complaints

  • If the service is not delivered as agreed, the customer has the right to demand compensation or a refund.

  • The deadline for complaints is 14 days after booking.

  • In case of a complaint, please contact us at post@vestfjordsauna.no and provide your booking details.

10. Weather conditions and downtime

  • In the event of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen technical problems, we reserve the right to cancel bookings.

  • In the event of cancellation on our part, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund.

11. Privacy

  • We only store the information necessary to complete the booking.

  • Personal information is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties.

12. Conflict resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Norwegian Consumer Authority.

  • If the parties do not agree, the matter can be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the Consumer Complaints Board.

  • Disputes shall be resolved according to Norwegian law, and any legal disputes shall be settled in Norwegian courts.
