Hjellestad Sauna

Nestled in stunningly beautiful surroundings at Hjellestad, you’ll find our electric dry sauna, created for those seeking a well-deserved break for body and mind, with added health benefits. Inside, you’re greeted by comforting warmth and the natural power of Himalayan salt. The salt walls provide beneficial halotherapy (salt therapy) that purifies the airways, enriches the skin with minerals, and deepens relaxation. The sauna is, of course, pre-heated and ready for your arrival, so you can step straight into calm. When it’s time to cool down, you can use either the shower or the bathing ladder, making it easy to take a refreshing dip.
